Standard Policies

 Appointments are scheduled in advance and confirmed prior to service.

• Please allow a 15-25 minute arrival window.
• Service times vary depending on vehicle size and condition.
• The vehicle must be accessible at the scheduled time.

If the vehicle is not accessible upon arrival, a dispatch fee may apply.

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of %50 of the total service.
• No-shows will be subject to a dispatch fee.

Mobile detailing requires travel, setup time, and schedule planning. We appreciate your understanding.

 Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in advance.

We accept:
• Cash
• Card
• Electronic payment methods

Large services such as paint correction or specialty services require a deposit.

Detailing significantly improves the appearance of your vehicle; however:

• Not all stains, scratches, or odors can be fully removed.
• Pet hair removal may require additional time and cost.
• Excessive buildup, biohazards, mold, or severe neglect may result in a revised quote or service refusal.
• Heavily soiled vehicles may be subject to additional charges.

We always aim for the best possible results within safe and professional standards.

Ammon’s Mobile Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage.

This includes but is not limited to:
• Failing clear coat
• Rock chips or paint defects
• Loose trim
• Cracked leather
• Sensitive or aging plastics

Photos and Videos will be taken before service for documentation.

 As a mobile service provider:

• Safe and adequate space is required to perform services.
• May require access to water and/or electricity may be required unless otherwise arranged.
• Services may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions.

Customer safety and vehicle protection are always the priority.

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address any concerns.

 A minimum service charge applies to all appointments.

Travel fees may apply outside our standard service area.
